• Assignment of work to Manpower and Machines.• To verify daily Production Reports and submit to CMD/CEO• Day-to-Day Planning according to material availability and monthly plan .• Able to tackle day to day problems in the shift .• Ensuring Timely Completion of Production Target .• Train and guide the sub-ordinates in their day to day work .• To facilitate stage inspection for all parts done by workshop. Availability of gauges and correction of any problem .• Monthly man power planning and Inventory Control & Ensure manpower availability and depute area wise. Maintain inventory in line and consumable items.•Worker skill Development. Should be able to give associate level training . • Worked as a team player and contributed best efforts to improve production productivity, reduce complain and Rejection level by using proper statistical tool to improve the process and productivity .• Coordination with cross-functional department for improvement in the Productivity & Quality .• Making daily production report and calculating lost hours.Responsible for manpower planning and Coordinating and motivating the entire team for higher productivity .• Continuous Improvement in Product & Process .• Participate in New Product introduction meeting & To co-ordinate with Design dept for Design Change / Process Changes, new product developments, etc.• Control First Piece during initial flow control• To follow up with various vendors, vendor visits, etc.• To co-ordinate with inspection dept to clear the material at Vendor place for day to day manufacturing.• To co-ordinate with Stores & Inspection dept to clear the receipt material for production.
