Leading the Formulation Development of Topicals , Injectable and OSD Drug Product by applying the scientific knowledge and expertise to develop robust product for China and US Market .

Leading the MSAT function Topicals/Dermatological , Liquids and Oral Solids for Formulation Technical Operations. Responsible for new product execution in plants, new production validations and technology transfer of products.Responsible for commercial products lifecycle interventions like resolving product issues, leading product failure investigations and implementation of alternate vendors. Ownership of the Continued Process Verification (CPV) program and ensuring capability of products.

Lead, planed, supervised and delivered ANDA based pharmaceutical formulations for topical products for US and Europe Market .Developed formulation and filled antifungal and corticosteroid Cream ,ointment and Lotion for US market .Worked in collaboration with multidisciplinary and international clients for formulation development ,technology transfer of ANDA projects. Knowledge and experience with the pharmaceutical development, regulatory standards, and guidelines for commercialization of new pharmaceutical products.Responsible for identifying and advancing promising drug technologies from academia: assess technologies, preparing project plans and budgets, presenting project charter with cross-functional/interdisciplinary project teams.Worked on developing, optimizing, technology transfer, scale-up, trouble shooting of topical formulations .Responsible to develop DoE and QBD based topical formulation.

Developed and characterized parenteral (Large and small volume) formulations using DoE and QbD approaches.Worked on developing, optimizing, technology transfer, scale-up, trouble shooting of parenteral formulations.Well versed with process of pharmaceutical drug development, manufacturing and physico chemical characterization techniques. Worked and developed formulation of Suspension, Syrup and emulsion for GCC market .Provided training to fellow scientists in various aspects of formulation and analytical technologiesTrouble shooting, process optimization, market failure and assign CAPA for parenteral formulation
