The unified stack is projected to surge revenue from ~$35M to ~$120M-$150M by the end of 2025.❖ First product leader in the company to deliver a new suite of unified identity and fraud platform after the merger.❖ Championed market-disrupting id proofing product within 3 quarters which funneled $9.6M into sales pipeline.❖ Replaced a legacy identity verification platform with next-gen cloud-based platform that magnified annual revenue by 38% to $55M.❖ Established offshore/onshore engineering shop in Ukraine, expanding from only one team to 17 within 8 months which contributed to $3M in build savings and $803K annually❖ Deployed the company's 1st global identity and fraud products across Australia, Spain, India, and Canada on AWS and then migrated it to GCP.❖ Incepted and executed a novel identity verification product for Social Service Administration that is currently patent pending, this grossed $4.2 M the first year in production.❖ Accelerated portfolio from 2 global products to suite of 9 in under 6 months while growing an 8-person team to a 90-member organization, expanding to 120 in 3.5 years.❖ Organized a large-scale workforce reduction, contributing to overall $8.8M in gross savings..❖ Advised & mentored a group of D&A specialists to define and implement the next gen Identity theft LLM model.❖ Was pivotal in getting many open sources, tech stack approved by the tech radar and implemented across the organization.❖ Championed design and build of big data systems which was used for billing and reporting purposes.
