Current• Collaborating closely with project managers, client representatives, developers, and delivery teams to understand requirements thoroughly, crafting detailed job descriptions based on insights gathered.• Developing a targeted skill set and utilized market research, social media channels, and job portals to identify potential candidates.• Creating skill assessments for effective candidate filtering based on qualifications and capabilities.• Conducting rigorous screening of skill assessments, evaluating candidates' proficiency, and shortlisting profiles for further analysis.• Presenting shortlisted profiles to Client Managers or hiring managers after discussions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.• Managing team performance, maintained Service Level Agreements (SLA), and ensured the quality of hire, regularly measuring the same.• Maintaining a real-time database and built a pipeline of resources to reduce response time as per organizational needs.• Maintaining necessary documentation and files related to the interviewing and hiring process.• Managing post-interview aspects, including follow-up with clients for interview feedback and managing joining formalities.• Managing & coordinating organization-wide efforts to ensure that performance management (PM) and quality improvement (QI) programs are developed and managed using a data-driven focus that sets priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing strategic imperatives.• Providing professional expertise & support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.• Creating & maintaining an environment of equal employment opportunity, diversity & competitive advantage in support of the company's diversity & inclusion strategic plan.
