Taxation: TDS, Income Tax, Fringe Benefits tax (FBT) & Sale Tax (DVAT) and Service Tax.Accounts: Oversee day-to-day accounting, sales accounting, branch accounting, reconciliation and finalizing of account. Finance: Cash flow and fund flow, Budgeting, ratio analysis and MIS report. Banking: MSOD for C/C limit, foreign remittance, bank guarantee.Administration: Payroll, EPF & ESIC, Bonus and Gratuity & dealing with department.

• Credit controlling, MIS consolidation & dealing with dealers for providing satisfactory service and ensuring long term business relations.• Co–ordination with sales staff related sales, collection of payment.• Budgeting and budgetary control with an aim of effective expenses control.• Responsible for all e-returns and assessment of D-VAT, FBT, TDS & Income Tax.• Ensure timely completion of internal audits and liaise with statutory auditors.• Responsible in all aspect for finalization of P&L A/c and Balance Sheet.

Responsible for PF & ESI, Responsible for Service Tax, Will be responsible for cash & Bank transactions, Preparation of all type Voucher & feeding in Computer. Distribution of Salary & Wages to Articles & Employees, Distribution of fund for Expenses, Bank Reconciliation and monthly reporting, Handling purchase and vendor evaluation, Verification of Debtors/Creditors/accounts, Responsible for accounting of cheque depositions & dishonors, Making MIS report.
