Assigned as Project Manager / Program Coordinator in PMO team.

Involved in Project Management processes like Planning, Monitoring & Controlling in projects of the organization. Schedule Preparation with consideration of Time, Cost & Scope. Define Baseline for the Projects and it is tracked against its performance during the execution. Variances are controlled by Project management techniques like earned value management.

As a client-approved Planning engineer, I was completely involved in schedule preparation for projects. Tracking the progress from Initiation to closure stage of the project.

Responsible for installation of Mechanical Systems, operation, and maintenance like heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. Also involved in all project management activities.
