JOB PROFILE & RESPONSIBILITIES• Responsible for Contract Handling with customer and sub-contractor planning and monitoring progress.• Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, Controlling & Closing• Drawing/ Document Planning, coordination & control.• Follow up with Manufacturing Units for material and drawings.• Resource planning.• Report Generation and Monitoring for overall Project (Daily, weekly and Monthly).• Measurement of sub-contractor’s work.• Contract closing with customer and sub-contractor.• Managing the erection vendors at site.• Solving day to day site/production related operational problems.• Project Review Meetings, Management committee meetings and Co-ordination meetings.• Business Correspondence.• Fabrication & Erection of heavy mechanical plants.• Studying drawings, plans or patterns of structures/production.• Follow up in surface preparation raw steel including sand blasting and painting.• Marking out shapes and other measurements on the metal.• Coordination with QMD personnel for Inspection and Testing.• Scheduling of fabrication works.• Supervision of site activities.• Creation and updating of production formats.• Responsible of inventory management, cost control, cost reduction.• Assessment of vendor delivery performance, vendor development• Coordination with vendors on continuous quality improvement.
