 Monitoring & enforcing credit discipline norms for borrowers  Preparation of Home loan and LAP proposals for HNI clients Analysis and decision of loan proposals appraised by Credit office &Assistant Credit Manager. Team Handling of Credit Officer, Assistant Credit Manager, RO and vendor coordinator etc.

 Scrutinizing home equity and home loan files and raising discrepancies to team if any Preparing the eligibility of SAL/SENP files as per policy of HDFC Ltd Handling the sanctioning of file with login manager Prepare daily MIS for team

 Analysis of credit proposals based on financial & other parameters for working capital requirements which includes: Fund Based facilities: Cash Credit, Overdraft, Lending Against Credit Card receivables, Demand Loan, Term Loan, etc. Non-Fund based facilities: Letter of credit, Bank Guarantees, etc. Analyses of financial Statements & identifies key ratios for analysis. Analyze credit worthiness from financial statements, bank statements, and background and collateral details of an organization through parameterized format and identify risk issues. Communicate with concern person of an organization to resolve issues like, credit limit, pricing and processing fees etc. Preparation of parameterized financial and proposal note.
