4. Handling PMC Civil and interior site work: - a. Check and Execute the site work with the working drawings Civil, Services and Interiors.b. Verify the Site Bills and Quantity.e. Check the BBS as per working drawings.f. Prepare the DPR.h. Prepare the site weekly and Monthly Target.i. Arrange the site meeting monthly if required weekly also.j. Lessoning work with Govt Authority, Fire authority, Electrical Department, Airport Authority etc.k. l. Prepare the Architectural and Interior drawings.m. Execute the Interior work commercial and residential (Ceiling, wall paneling, lighting, office interiors furniture, paints, finishing etc). 5. Work Responsibility and Description of Work: -1. Coordination with consultants and site (Architect, Structure and MEP drawings and site requirement with the consultants)2. Prepare drawing schedule with Tender, submission and working drawings.3. Prepare all Submission and working Drawings (Building Plans, Fire Drawings, finishing drawings, service drawings etc).4. Prepare Consultants Work order and bill.5. Work out the quantity from working drawings and execute the work.6. Calculate the FAR, Built up and Sale Area.7. All type of (Commercial, Group Housing, Row Housing and Township) submission drawings handling, and take the approval from Meerut Development Authority, HUDA, Bangalore, Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi Authority and Dehradun.8. Getting the approval of building plans, Fire, Environment clearance, Service Estimate, Pollution certificate and height clearance from airport authority.11. Prepare and checking the BOQ, Tender and site bills.12. Prepare and check the BBS.13. Prepare and check the site stock weekly and Monthly.14. Prepare the interior drawing and execute the work with the drawings.16. Prepare and Check(DPR) Daily Project report of site.17. Prepare the weekly and Monthly Target.6. Take own Contract Architecture, Civil and Interior (office, residence) work .
