Delivery Manager - Talent Acquisition
Current• Involved in complete life cycle of the recruitment process such as candidate sourcing, qualifying skills, interviewing candidates, fixing interview-scheduling and closing the deals.* Client relationship Management.• Working directly with the hiring managers to make effective closures.- Excellent Track Record in Hiring for CXO & Leadership level Positions.• Interaction with the candidates, briefing them about the requirement and to know their willingness.• Regular follow-up with the candidates with respect to offers and addressing their concerns (salary, relocation, joining date etc) and keeping the clients in the loop.• Responsible for getting feedback from clients and tracking the candidates till joining.• Discuss and negotiate the salary propositions with selected candidates.• Understanding various technologies and analyzing the market for current and future needs• Interacting with prospective candidates and maintaining a pipeline for upcoming needs.• Maintaining a database of all professional candidates• Aggressive enough to close on position before the set deadline and independently handle all the given assignments.* Strong in Client Service, Delivery and Vendor Management. * Strong Market and technology research.-Generating Database for identifying prospective clientele, develop relationship-Developed and created a Client base of potential contacts to service Contract, Contract to Hire and full time positions.-Maintaining Clients up-to-date profile's for further references.- Good knowledge in all IT Technologies & software based Application projects.-Meeting New clients & Existing Clients.- Training the Team & New Joiners.
