Rehabilitation and Up gradation to 02 lane with paved shoulder configuration from existing Km 172.900 to Km 194.150 (Design Chainage Km 49.300 to Km 70.300) on NH-94 (New No-134) in the state of Uttarakhand (Length: 21.00 km) (Pkg-5), All Weather Projects, National Highways Uttarakhand4. Consultancy services for preparation of Detailed Project Report and providing pre-construction activities for construction of Highway Tunnel including approaches across Ojree (Dabarkot) Design Chainage Km 77.025 to Km 78.550 on Dharasu to Yamunotri road of NH 134(Old No 94) region of the state of Uttarakhand

Instrumental in accomplishment of the procurement of Works, Goods and Services worth approximately USD 100 Million for the World Bank Funded Uttarakhand Disaster Recovery Project (Additional Financing) as Procurement & Contract Management Expert which consists of procurement of works for related to the construction of bridges, slope stabilization works and river bank protection works and consultancy services for design, construction supervision and proof checking.Successfully delivered my duties as Contract Management Expert (CME) for the ongoing construction of roads, bridges and slope stabilization works in Uttarakhand. My duties involve project planning, getting various administrative and financial approvals for the works, project management, overall contract management and supervision of road, bridge construction works, slope stabilization works & river bank protection works, handling arbitration cases, preparation of claims related to arbitration of works on behalf of Government, etc.

Procurement:Successfully accomplished the procurement of Works, Goods and Services worth USD 150 Million for the World Bank Funded Uttarakhand Disaster Recovery Project as Procurement Expert which consists of procurement of 119 packages of approx. 1572 kms of roads, 25 number of bridges, 6 consultancy services for roads and bridge works and several construction machineries.Contract Management:Successfully delivering my duties as Contract Management Expert (CME) for the ongoing construction of roads, bridges and slope stabilization works in Uttarakhand. My duties involve project planning, getting various administrative and financial approvals for the works, project management, overall contract management and supervision of road, bridge construction works and slope stabilization works, handling arbitration cases, preparation of claims related to arbitration of works on behalf of Government, etc.

Successfully executed the construction of following projects:1. Improvement of Central Road Fund project, Chamoli- Guptkashi Road including widening, drainage and BM- SDBC worth Rs. 16.00 crores.2. 78 m span IRC class B loading steel girder bridge over river Mandakini in Distt. Rudraprayag(cost of project: Rs. 2.89 crores)3. 60 m span IRC class B loading steel girder bridge over river Mandakini in Distt. Rudraprayag(cost of project: Rs. 1.90 crores)4. Successfully contributed in the construction of 440 m single span heavy motor vehicle bridge over Tehri Dam Reservoir (River Bhagirathi) which is the longest heavy motor suspension bridge of India

Successfully executed the construction of following projects:1. 204 m. (approx.) span cable suspension bridge for light motor vehicle (5.5 ton rating and 3.0 m. road way) over river Bhagirathi near Bhanso, Distt. Tehri Garhwal, Uttranchal (Cost of project: Rs.12 Crores approx.)2. Twin Track Bi-Cable Jig Back Tipri- Madannegi Ropeway near Tehri Dam connecting two banks of Bhilangana river worth Rs.2.00 crores.Spearheaded operations for the 3. Maintenance of all Govt. Property (Residential & Non-residential Buildings-61,057 sq. m. Plinth Area) involving latest water-proofing techniques & other maintenance works.4. Rehabilitation Process: Tehri Hydro Electric Power project of Directorate of Rehabilitation.5. Distinction of handling Independent supervision, site management & quality control of the above mentioned projects.6. Significantly contributed in the preparation of proposals/ estimates, on site drawings etc., design of some of the prestigious Govt. projects like buildings, bridges, highways, ropeways, etc.7. Successfully developed high performance/ high strength concrete by experimenting with different construction materials in laboratory and applied that in field.8. Instrumental in supplying of field data for the design, collection of information from various Indian standard codes and their interpretation, Co- ordination with design consultants to achieve the design of important civil structures.9. Collection of field materials and getting them tested in various laboratories to achieve the properties desired by design consultants.10. Successfully managed the planning, construction and maintenance of around 200 kms of roads (other district roads/state and state highways) and three bridges of District Rudrapryag, Uttaranchal.
