A result oriented professional having experience of 20 years in Quality, Service and Production, in manufacturing sector.Objective:To contribute to the success and expansion of an organization and at the same time grow both personally and professionally by continuously increasing my skills.Profile:• Responsible for motor quality related all activity.• Plans and directs activities concerned with quality standards for manufacturing processes, materials & products and maintaining the same as per Quality policy.• Preparing daily/monthly Quality report & Q-Loss report with presentation.• Responsible to ensure that all the vendor quality & finished goods are meet/conform to specified quality standards. • Verifying electrical performance of single phase induction motor & BLDC motor as per standard specification.• Raising DMRS of product & coordinate with Manufacturing/design department for modification in existing model.• Handling the process of development of new products for process validation, trials & testing and commencing production along with handling related documents & formalities. • Responsible for vendor rejection analysis and taking corrective & preventive action against rejection.• Take necessary step in improving the vendor process and monitoring of vendor quality rating.• Looking execution of the day-today work activities & allocation of work to engineers & Technicians.• Implementing Kaizen, 7QC Tool, 5M, 5S, FMEA, Quality Management System (ISO-9001-2015) etc.• Perform monthly/ quarterly / yearly Internal or External process audit as well as Quality System audit.• Monitoring and measuring process performance of product and data analysis for taken corrective & preventive action.• Responsible to keep all the instruments & test jigs are calibrated and maintain calibration report.
