Maintain workflow according to SLA’s CSAT, Internal trainings, and domain knowledge training. Responsible for adequate Pre-QC and post-closing stacking order of closing mortgage documents for all loan types for auditing purposes. Review closed loan files to ensure all necessary underwriting loan approval conditions have been satisfied by an underwriter, processor and closer. Follow investor requirements for packaging and shipping complete files for purchase and obtain any trailing documents required by the investor. Upload submission documents onto investor & insurance service providers website prior to deadlines. Communicate regularly and follow up with closer and colleagues on the status of all outstanding documents or loan packages. Obtain necessary documentation to clear investor conditions and assure timely loan submissions. Internal auditing / Feedback sharing and suggests the action of improvement on regular basis. Publishing Productivity / Quality dashboard on daily / weekly / monthly basis.
