Senior Payroll Officer
Current Responsible for managing the payroll of two companies, which involves overseeing the entire process for approximately 350 employees. Assist with any inquiries or concerns related to payroll by communicating directly with employees. Consultation with the HR team regarding employee onboarding, cross-boarding, and terminations. Communicating and implementing updates around relevant awards and legislation. Manage administrative Workcover paperwork, interacting with managers and HR department. Build reports and interact with the financial department regarding superannuation and payroll taxation. Assist other departments when needed.
