I was engaged as Technical Team lead for application development and maintenance project to understand requirement, transformation of requirement to IT solution, design & development of applications. Project Detail:1.) eWages: Production based wages Calculation system for textile industry. It was a great achievement for entire team to implement this application successfully as it was a complexed manual process to calculated wages of textile weavers based on length wise production with various parameters of additions of compensations and deductions of penalty as per quality. We integrated of this system to Inventory control management system. I was awarded by the client for its solution design and successful implementation. Before its implementation client used to spend approximately 3 working days to calculate weekly wages manually with human errors and wages was paid a week later. After implementation of this system wages was started to be paid on end of the concurrent week.
