I am leading Legacy Technologies& Modernization COE in Dell technology Innovation Center, India. I have experience in IBM mainframe software Analysis, Application Software Design, Development, Implementation, Maintenance, Quality Assurance procedures and Project Management.I have been associated with premier organizations (Dell, Fujitsu, Computronics etc.) across various geographies. Synopsis of my work is as below: Coordinate with both vertical and horizontal practices for identification and fulfillment of opportunities  Responsible for performance, development & engagement of all mainframe associates in Dell Services India. This includes defining training plan/course material, rotation etc.  Manage mainframe resource pool and involved in associates deployment, active rotation to maintain average cost of delivery, managing employee cost, controlling effort/schedule/cost variance  Evaluate latest mainframe (OS/390 & AS400) product/tools and their versions and provide guidelines for Dell Mainframe Services lines.  Develop and maintain Mainframe Service offerings for Development, Enhancement, Support, Performance Reengineering and Legacy Modernization (Re-Platform, Reverse Engineering etc.) Manage relationship/alliances with Vendors and Partners for Legacy Modernization Have done Legacy Modernization assessment for various customers in Retail, Insurance and Banking in US and EMEA. This involved assessment, migration roadmap, Migration cost and ROI.
