Hse Trainer (With Client Technip Energies)
Current• Providing HSE-Trainings as per Site HSE Plan. • As per Site HSE-Plan and as per Client procedure Implementation of Training Matrix and Maintaining the Training Register.• Providing, Mandatory Trainings and Job Specific trainings to Management team and Site Team.• Providing On Job Training at working Locations to maintain HSE-Culture and HSE Performance at Site.• Coordination in Motivational Programs and other Site HSE-Initiatives to maintain the HSE performance and to reach our goal “Zero Incident”.• Preparing Weekly, Monthly and Yearly HSE- Highlights based on site performances.• Maintaining Classroom training, On Job Trainings as per HSE-Training Matrix and maintaining of Training Hrs. and Training Register.• Coordination of PULSE Training for Frontline Supervisors and workforce to improve the HSE-Culture.• Coordination of BBS Training for Staffs and workforce to improve the Behavior at Workplace and while talking with Subordinates.
