Delivered Ford Edge & S-Max (CD539E) Mid-cycle action project on Air register & Ducts. (Launched in 2018)Mitigated quality issue (TGW) by adding thumb wheel to existing IP Air vents (IB & OB Air vents), without changing IP Substrate & Finish panels. Achieved a timely implementation by developing studio concept in Europe and developed parts in China and achieved tooling save of $150000 for the program.
