CurrentKey Responsibilities:• Establish and manage the long-term and short-term HR Technology roadmap• Manage the end-to-end HR IS Portfolio of the Group covering the entire employee Hire-to-Retire life cycle - Manpower Planning, Recruitment & On-boarding, Employee/Manager Self-service, Performance & Learning Management, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Administration, Off-boarding, Business Intelligence/Analytics/Reporting• Innovate, identify, and recommend industry best practices… Show more Key Responsibilities:• Establish and manage the long-term and short-term HR Technology roadmap• Manage the end-to-end HR IS Portfolio of the Group covering the entire employee Hire-to-Retire life cycle - Manpower Planning, Recruitment & On-boarding, Employee/Manager Self-service, Performance & Learning Management, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Administration, Off-boarding, Business Intelligence/Analytics/Reporting• Innovate, identify, and recommend industry best practices with regards to automated business processes as well as proactively seek, validate, and collate the current & future process/technology needs of HR, resulting in improved efficiency and cost reduction• Budget the CAPEX/OPEX investments for HR IT systems and manage the budgets/actuals/vendor contracts• Devise, prioritize and plan the HR business systems investments/utilization strategy in liaison with HR Senior Management• Interact with Department Heads, IT and Supplier Partners and ensure successful implementation of IT initiatives in line with HR’s future direction and strategy, ensuring optimal return on technology investments• Provide subject matter expertise, formulate, and test the solution during project implementation and certify the release to Production• Provide project governance, ROI/benefits tracking, Systems training and ensure user adoption• Support change processes in conjunction with strategic business plans; take the lead role in the management of business improvement projects through to implementation• Plan, manage, motivate, and develop the HR Technology teamCareer Chronology:• Nov 2021 till date - HR Manager - Technology, HR Technology team• Apr 2018 to Oct 2021 - Acting HR BSG Manager, HR Business Support Group• Jun 2015 to Mar 2018 - HR BSG Lead, HR Business Support Group• Jun 2012 to May 2015 - HR BSG Controller, HR Business Support Group Show less
