Major Job Responsibilities Melting the CO, Mo, W, V, Ni, Ti, Based all types of Alloy Steel, Hi Carbon Steel, Die Steel, High Speed Steel and Low Carbon steel Grades etc. Maintaining the Quality in the Steel as per the norms. Manage & allocate manpower & resources in the shift as per requirement of the Dept of optimum utilization. Analyze the Breakdown and Plan corrective action. Co-ordinate between Workers - Staff – Management dept. Entering all the Heat data into the system. Analysis of root cause and taking necessary corrective and preventive action to avoid it repeatability in future related quality problem due to SMS activities. Expertise of making steel through EAF, LRF, and VD route by HOT METAL and scrap. Making different grade of alloy steels like M2, M35, M42, T42, T1, D2, D3, SUP 7, 20MM CR 5, R85, R70, HT8500, EN1APb, EN19, File steel, 10B25.
