Implementing planned/preventive/predictive/proactivemaintenance initiatives of equipment like Wet Ash Unloader,Soot Blower,Boiler Fans(PA,SA,HF&ID),Coal Feeder,Boiler Pressure Parts.Material handling,onsite material management & PRgeneration are also a part of my job.I have also experience of Risk assessment & mitigation,RCA &MIS report generation.Assisting in the formulation of plans for tackling breakdowns, spare parts management, Manpower management and taking suitable action for resolving all major breakdowns in the manufacturing plant.Follow schedules and timely implement daily maintenance activities in the concerned areasTimely preparation all relevant reports.MIS and update all systems.Material Handling, onsite material management, Purchase and requisition.Assist in budget inputs to control cost in maintain yearly budgets.Apply past failure remedial actions in other Boilers to preventfailures. Well maintain housekeeping of Boiler area.Maintain and record maintenance history report of all equipment.

Inspection,thickness mapping & erection work of boilereconomizer coil was carried out under my supervision.Fabrication & Installation of vortex in cyclone area of CFBCboiler was also done by my team.Manpower handling during shutdown period along with report generation of major shutdown was also one of the keyhighlights of my project.Welding inspection - critical welding joint like T91 material, header joints weld visual, visual inspection of final weld, procedurequalification test of welder, Monitoring welder’s performance. Witness and conducting procedure qualification test of welder.Test - RT, UT, MPT, DPT, PMI, Kerosine leakage test, Hardness,Hydro, Mockup. Test conducted and withness.Stage wise inspection - raw material identification, marking & cutting, fit-up, final weld visual, dimension check etc.
