Rajesh has sailed on board for 12 years and as chief engineer on tankers for 3 yaers. Has shore based experience of 15 Years in Singapore as Senior Technical superintendent Handling oil and Chemical tankers, His role include for the safe, efficient and reliable operation of the vessel under responsibility at all times, vessels to remain fully compliant with Class and Statutory requirements and operate with total compliance within Safety Management System.Budget Compliance - He ensure maintenance and repair in accordance with Company standards, and within approved budget. Deviations approvals and timely reporting.Conditioning monitoring - He also prepare formal reports as to the condition, performance and costs associated with managed vessels.Travel - Undertake regular ships visits to ensure that vessels meet the Company's criteria for safe effective operations. Has been involved in International travel at anytime and was available on short notice.Co-ordinate - Activities of all support departments to ensure that ship support is achieved in the most efficient and cost effective manner.Dry docking and repairs -Has attend the ship during dry-docking in Poland, Lisbon, Bahrain, China and Singapore and ensured that all necessary work and repairs are satisfactorily completed within agreed budgets.Communication – Has Maintained effective communication with internal and external stake holders.He has proactive approach and Operational leadership skills in handling Senior management team on board and believes in Team work with his office colleagues.

Rajesh is managing day to day operations of chemical tankers and supporting vessels in all technical, budget and safety matters .He is very much focused on his assigned role , result oriented and hard working. Has good analytical skills , loves problem solving. A good team player who is always willing to take on challenging projects that he can deliver on successfully.

Managing day to day operation of the Crude oil and Product Tankers vessels, have carried out dry docking of aframax tankers in Lisbon, Portugal and China yard after taking delivery from Previous owners.
