Current• Involved into complete application of HSE management system for the project during construction.• Initiated, participated and implements Job Safety Analysis, Methods statements and Risk assessment/analysis of construction sites, including environmental issue.• Checked risk analysis made up by EPC CONTRACTOR and SUB CONTRACTOR in order to take the necessary prevention/ mitigation measures.• Follow up of all critical activities & operation and periodic HSE project reporting.• Conduct incident, accident and high potential near- miss investigation and analysis.• Ensure safety supervision and HSE coordination on the construction area on a daily basis with significant site presence and adequate reporting (relevant safety observation shared with contractors and followed up)• Ensure follow up HSE performance define and monitors HSE key performance indicators.• Analyze, optimize and approve SUBCONTRACTORS Construction HSE plan• Attend SUBCONTRACTORS kick- off meeting, to ensure that SUBCONTRACTOR is informed and aware of all Health, Safety and Environmental requirement.• Conducted and participated in audits and inspection to ensure compliance with project and company requirements on daily basis. Monitor the action and supervise the implementation. • In the event of an accident prepare accident reports and investigations, both for site and governmental bodies• Attended schedule HSE meetings and organize the HSE meeting required to discuss particularly important topics on Health, Safety and Environment.• Perform/Promote HSE training and awareness programs to staff.• Promote motivation activities to increase Health Safety and Environmental condition on site.
