 Presently working as shift in charge in Mechanical Maintenance of hot rolling mill department. Mechanical Maintenance of Re_heating furnace,14 stand high speed rolling stand,Walking beam type cooling bed etc. Mechanical Maintenance of Utility Equipment like Compressor, Boiler, Centrifugal pump, V.T. pump, Oil-flow system (LDO, FO), Softner-plant etc. EOT crane and Goliath crane maintenance and operation up to 30 tons. In Rolling-mill Maintenance of Gear box, Hydraulic-Pump (piston, axial, gear type), Hydraulic power-pack (Vickers, Rexroth), Water-Cooling System, Lubrication System, Pneumatic system, blowe, Reciprocating-Pump etc. Ensuring adherence to quality standards as ISO 9001:2000 on shop floor and maintaining related documents. Internal auditor in the company.Maintenance:- Planning and implementing preventive & predictive maintenance schedules for improving overall reliability and safety of machines. Conducting failure investigation analysis to identify gaps and take corrective measures to reduce equipment down-time and maximize plant availability; developing failure codes for equipment and analysis of the breakdown.  Identify problem areas and taking measures to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime. Involved in spare part planning and inventory control. Taking care of installation and commissioning of new machine. Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) of critical machines. Active participation in making and execution of Preventive Maintenance schedule. Ensure compliance to safety systems.
