Career Progress: Present Position: Working as a Production Manager in Forming Department in M/s Rak Ghani Glass LLC, UAE. . (From Dec 2008 to till date)Experience: Worked with M/s HNGIL Glass Unit Bahadurgarh as a Deputy Manager Production in Forming Department from August 2006 to Dec 2008. Worked with M/s Mali ban S.A.L. Glass Industry, Lebanon as a Production Engineer in Forming Department from Aug. 2004 to July 2006. Worked with M/s HNGIL Glass Unit Bahadurgarh as a Production Engineer in Forming Department from April 1997 to August 2004.Work Proficiency: Planning for Production in Forming Department. Problem solving related to production activities in Forming Department. Evaluating the production progress from time to time for its proper guidance and control. Coordination with machine maintenance, Mould shop, furnace and Quality Department etc. Handling the work force on the Forming floor. Reducing down time of machines. Manpower allocation and control. Identifying weak areas in production and taking necessary steps to improve that. To ensure adherence of ISO – 9001 procedures in Shop floor activities. Assist in risk assessment of manual handling and other safety issues. Equipping the management before hand for tacking any difficulty which arises later on in achieving production target. Good knowledge about glass conditioning to control for hearth firing. Special training complete in ITALIA in 2001 by BOTERO & recently in U.A.E. by EMHART glass related to cold end inspection machine and I.S. machine.  I expert in mechanical drum machine & Electronic I.S. machine good knowledge of bottle making process Blow and Blow, Press and Blow, N.N.P.B.
