* Advise and support Process Engineering and flow assurance expertise consistent with Sr. Engineer level competency during EPC and Startup phase until handover to permanent Asset whilst ensuring project deliverables meet Operations expectations in terms of Safety,Operability, Reliability and Maintainability over the facility design life cycle.* Provide process engineering technical/specialized expertise to Operations in areas of design reviews, HAZID/SIL/HAZOP, Management of Change, Risk Assessment, commissioning, startup, troubleshooting as part of punch list and warranty claim resolutions, and improve safety & reliability.* Support development of Standard Operating Procedures required for the new projects.* Develop and implement process surveillance tools for Operations assets in compliance with surveillance plan to ensure safe, reliable and optimum production, including troubleshooting, engineering recommendations and timely escalation of threats and deviations from surveillance monitoring.* Ensure production targets are met while maintaining compliance with Life Critical Procedures, Tenets of Operations, Consent to Operate, plant policies and procedures, Daily Operating Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).

* Process control in manufacturing of Acrolein, Methyl mercaptan and Methylmercapto propionaldehyde in Yokogawa Dcs operation* Monitors process conditions and makes necessary adjustments in order to optimize the process while ensuring products are within the required specifications.* Work with Turnaround Planning to develop production plans and work packages.

* Involved in erection, commissioning, and start-up activities of plant conversion from ECH (epichlorohydrin) to Propylene oxide plant.* Review and plan work requirements with the site supervisors to ensure effective scheduling and monitor/control activities to high safety standards.

Worked as a Field operation and Dcs operation in Petrochemical field for propylene oxide plant, propylene glycol plant and polyol plant.
