Project Management of Project of 3 Basements G + 2 storey developments High Street Shop Condominiums (HSSC) at sector -32 Noida.

• Head the team of construction Engineers of respective discipline and responsible for quality and adherence to schedule.• Have daily site inspection n rounds to inspect all the site activities in progress and advice contractor on adequacy /poor quality observed for corrective action and ensure that corrective action is taken.• Participate in fortnightly co-ordination meetings with contractor/client and highlight slippages in schedules, corrective actions, bottlenecks, lapses in quality.• Ensure measurements are taken as per norms and certify bills. Review analyze and scrutinize progress reports and bills submitted by contractors.• Resolve field problems in consultation with specialist groups and consultants.• Responsible for setting up a QA/QC System ,co-ordinate and monitor that standard procedures are implemented at site and maintain records .• Review contractors QA/QC Procedures & formats and comment• Quality control of materials proposed by contractor and delivered to the project site by ensuring conducting of the required & specified tests and documents the same.• Monitor that instruments, equipments ,measuring devices ,used by contractors are in working conditions and have valid calibration certificates.• Responsible for installation /implementation of overall quality system of the project.• Preparing reports pertaining to quality assurance /quality control ensure quality .suggest advise remedial measures wherever necessary.• Recording NC’S,maintaining recordsof NC’S and their resolution.• Responsible for the final material reconciliation with all contracting agencies.
