Job Responsibilities: • Supervise the Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs and, when necessary, reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates.• Production Job and material planning with planning & Project department.• Organize workflow according to the workload to meet the delivery schedule and to complete assigned jobs.• Forecasting the requirements of the production to achieve the production target.• Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives.• Production Resource Planning, Production Planning & Scheduling.• Conduct training or authorize training of production employees.• Production Planning & Scheduling.• Conduct production review meeting with Projects and other Departments.• Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.• Coordinate with the project team for job variations in case of additional work.• Assist proposal for the estimation of Production man-hours.
