To Develops and/or reviews policies and procedures for all functions anddepartments involved with or related to any activities related to the Qualityand Food Safety Management system . To organizing the Internal Quality Audit. To review Internal Inventory audit and follow-up CAPA and monitor theeffectiveness. To monitor shift process variation and issuing Internal NCR to respective deptand follow-up for CAPA and monitoring the effectiveness. To monitor the incoming inspection activities and test result – If there is adiscrepancy hold the lot and issues the NCR to particular Supplier and takeCAPA. To identify, record problem with respect to product, process or Qualitysystems, provide solution, initiate actions to avoid recurrence and verifyimplementation of corrective and preventive action . To ensure the dryer performance through Moisture analyzer To ensure the raw material and preform Acetaldehyde (AA) level. To ensure the HDPE / MB free from Odor through inhouse test beforeapproving to production. To preparing/monitoring Calibration plan. To monitor the Water analysis test . To monitor daily shift quality in charge performance and evaluate and planfor training . To monitor and ensure the GMP activities in place all over factory To check 3C & 5S in Working Area and follow it properly. Giving innovative ideas to improve in process quality and the product. Taking immediate corrective action from customer end quality issues. Conducting surprise Audit for all Department Monthly Basis. To maintain IMD rejection % for all closure machine below 1%

 Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual andmeasurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials. Handling the problem occurred & analyzing the quality issues. Addressing on the quality issues at the time of trail production and resolve thequality issues by applying problem solving quality tools.
