As a Senior Manager at Sharjah Islamic Bank, I lead the Payments and Digital Channels Production Support team, providing strategic direction, technical guidance, and operational excellence to a group of L1/L2 Production Support /Technical Analyst professionals. I have over 30 years of experience in systems design, development, implementation, testing, documentation and technical support for various banking systems and subsystems mainly Payment and Digital Channel system, including Core Banking systems.My mission is to ensure the reliability, functional improvements, and performance of the Payments and Digital Channels systems and other systems used in the bank, in coordination with team leaders and support engineers. I also manage various department-related projects like system replacements, and system upgrade projects. I leverage my core competencies in Solution Designing, Solution implementation, Technical Support, Vendor Management, Technical Documentation, and Project Management to deliver high-quality results, meet SLA parameters and contractual obligations, and resolve complex problems. I am passionate about enhancing my domain expertise in Payments and Digital Channels, Core Banking, and other related systems, and staying updated with the latest trends and innovations in the banking industry.
