I hold a master’s degree in biotechnology and bring over 20 years of industry experience. My career began at Seagram Distilleries (Pernod Ricard) and has since included roles at Biocon, Novozymes, and Advance Enzymes, where I specialized in enzyme applications for food & beverage processing. Currently, at Lallemand, I oversee the Indian market for the sales & business development of yeast and enzymes for distilled spirits & biofuel production. My areas of expertise include fermentation, enzyme applications, sales & business development (value-based selling), problem-solving, product management, distributor management, relationship building, and working with diverse, global teams.
