Family Planning

Leading operations of FRHS India in the state of Uttar Pradesh and represent FRHS India in the state of UP. Develop strategies to achieve the targets set by FRHS India country office. Ensure field teams provide family planning services at government facilities through Clinical outreach Team (CoT) model with FRHS India’s mission and vision. Maintain relationship with all stakeholders like GoUP ,SIFPSA etc. for smooth operations of FRHS India in Uttar Pradesh. Ensure timely reimbursement from SIFPSA for service delivery provided by CoT teams and clinic through Haushla Sajheedari. Building teams to provide services as per values and ethics of organisation.

Strategy development for facility strengthening for family Planning services. Developed strategies to fill the gaps of facilities to strengthen for family planning services. Strategy development to facilitate family planning trainings for service providers placed at facilities which need to made functional. Develop team of district family planning specialist to implement strategies and programme. To support GoUP in strengthening FP programme. Support District and state team in PIP formulation and in development of guidelines. Support GoUP in developing strategy to implement Mission Parivar Vikas strategies and facilitate GoUP to launch new contraceptives. Support GoUP in planning, implementation and reviews. Developed strategy to track sterilization service providers in al districts. Liaison with SIFPSA specifically for sterilization trainings. Facilitate systematic work plans of project quarterly and monthly basis.

Facilitate in developing Action Plan of Family Planning programme of Region. Support GoR in Monitoring & supervision of programme in the region. Tracking of trained service providers to make them functional. Coordination with all partners to strengthen the FP programme in region. Advocacy with state officials to get all support in FP programme. Ensure timely reporting of all activities in region.

Provide techno-managerial assistance for implementation of the NRHM and its goals in the region. Support State Health Society Bihar in all the matters relating to overall management of human and financial resources under the package of NRHM in the region. Analyze financial and physical progress report of all the Districts in the region and take corrective measures for improving output. Support and guide District Programme Management Unit of the concerned district in the region in matters related to expenditure, releasing grant, preparation of budget etc. for overall control of financial matters. Provide necessary support to technical consultant appointed at state and field level during their field visits in the region. Ensure participation of Government authorities, development partners in the process to develop operational plan and strategies, monitoring the implementation process and progress. preparation of annual action plan for District under NRHM and ensure that proposed activities are implemented timely and as per the prescribed process. Documentation of best practices.

Planning, implementing, budgeting, monitoring and evaluating the project activities. Liaison with government and non government organizations like ICDS, Development, Revenue, PHED, PWD, and PRIs. Convene monthly meeting of District Health Society in chair of District Collector. Organizing District Health Mission meeting as per schedule. Liaison with partner NGOs for ASHA training and MMU camps. Providing training to block training teams (BTT) in ASHA & VHS&C programmes. Field visits to monitor & supervise various activities. Monitoring and review of the project activities. Preparing project Implementation plans (PIPs)Get Prepare data base of District for various programme planning.Coordination with Programme officers of RNTCP, AIDS, NLEP, IDSP etc. Team management of consultant working in DPMU and BPMs.

Networking and alliance building with government and non government organization like state Medical & Health Department, Police etc. in the districts Preparing project plans, Strategy development on AIDS awareness. Coordination within the team and with other institutions working on AIDS awareness. Capacity building of CSWs, Clients, HIV positives and school children adjacent to Bedia communities. Organizing monthly check up camps for HIV positives. Counseling services to HIV positives. Development of learning programme for the project team working at field level. Contribution to design and development of project proposals from local to ensure national consistency and coherence. Monitoring and review of the project activities. Preparing quality reports and documents for the donor / support agencies, monitoring and review of the project activities.

Preparing quality reports and documents for the donor / support agencies, monitoring and review of the project activities. Coordination of Delhi NGO Network for Primary Education. Support other projects at field level like Women law & Social Change well known as Mahila Panchyats. Coordination of save the girl child project.
