Handling Priority (1,2, 3,4) cases indulging Switching, Routing, Access Point and ASA related issues.Handing Switch and Router configuration, VLAN issues, Port down, Port security, link speed issues, IOS install/upgrade/compatibility, Switch Stacking, Link Speed and Bandwidth related issues.Building case scenarios for Cisco Automation Tool for Cat2k, Cat3k, ASR920 series and Nexus 7K devices.Performing troubleshoot and providing best resolution to the customer/client within Cisco contract/warranty SLAs.Performing in depth analysis of alarm/error logs and providing best workaround/resolution to the customer.Performing Bug analysis on the logs provided by the client and guiding the customer for best solution.Creating RMAs in case Hardware failure is found and justified.Assisting in Installation, Upgradation and transition activates in customer’s network.Supervising customer’s change/upgrade maintenance windows and provide technical expertise in case of any issue or failure.Assisting in RCAs and EFAs for Problem Management.
