Maintenance of all utility like Air compressor, Thermic boiler, AHU, Chiller etc. Maintenance of ETP and RO plant. Maintenance of all plant machineries like conveyor belt, dryer, de-stoner, Fast back, vibrator, fryer, Dough mixer, rotary mixer, vertical mixer, vacuum Pump,blower, screw feeder. Maintenance all type Pump such as Centrifugal, gear, piston Pump. Prepare breakdown report. Doing RCA and CAPA of all breakdown using why- why analysis technique. Preparing Preventive maintenance schedule and its implementation Analysis of MTBF and MTTR Documentation of all maintenance related document like PM check list, work order, history card, and equipment list. Minimize the breakdown analysis of equipment History. Kaizen activity. Doing 5s of workshop and tools. HAVC Maintenance. Reporting maintenance of all process and utility like Air Compressor, boiler, Chiller, Gas, Water & oil Flow-meter and fill data in Apical software. I do also basic Electrical maintenance. Doing all Project such as Namkeen, Pallet and wafer Process line as a team member. Knowledge of safety related activities ISO, 5s, SUSA, LOTO, BBS, UC, UA, Familiar and trained with First Aid Treatment, Fire Fighting Extinguisher and FSSAI.
