I am currently working with M/s Fabtech Technologies International Ltd. This company executes Turnkey Projects of Pharmaceutical industry.

 Study the drawings & calculate the raw material (such as SS, MS ,BQ Plates, Rods, Angles, Beams, Channels, Pipes, Rings, Flat etc) also estimate the Bought out items quantities (such as gear box, motors, stirrers, , coupling, stirrers, gaskets, fasteners) for the machine components., Planning of Materials considering the available lead time & send the enquires to possible Vendors required for ordering the materials Planning &control of production orders (Material Issue Note) of work order &stock machines-release of Material Issue Note.in ERP system Select the vendor /supplier based on comparison statement made considering the price, delivery , service , quality of items to be procured ,make the Purchase orders (PO) in ERP system ,get authorization from HOD, further follow up or visiting the vendor’s place to meet delivery schedules.  Coordination between design, Q.A. &vendors for better manufacturing process &quality, Arrangement of transport for collection of material from suppliers. Vendor’s quality, quantity issues are checked & communicated to vendor for rectification /replacement/short supply/short close etc. Vendor’s performance is evaluated periodically. revisit and renegotiate contracts for the duration of the business relationship.  Developing alternative for critical vendors. Ensure material availability for production whenever required by reducing the shortages of material

This Company possess ISO 9001 standard. This company manufactures process plant static equipments like Pressure Vessels, Storage Tanks etc. & Structural items ladders, platforms, Railing etc. My role was planning , Execution of projects in stipulated time. Key Responsibilities Project planning as per drawing i.e. raw material requirement planning ,preparation of production schedule, carry out inspection of job, allocation of work to contractors & workers, handling cashflow of project on site.etc  Project Execution, i.e. supervision of production & inspection activities as per project specification. ,Erection of jobs on site. Significant Highlights  I handled whole projects of tanks & ducting- fabrication, installation at site.

This Company is a heavy fabrication company. This company manufactures process plant static equipments like coded Pressure Vessels,Storage Tanks,Cement silos & Structural items.My role is making estimations of engineering drawings, sending quotations to customers, Negotiations. Developing new clients, Generating Orders, making Inspection reports. etc.Key Responsibilities Cost analysis as per requirement of job &specification.  Prepare cost summary & technical offer Enquiry generation, Preparing & submitting of proposals, follow up & correspondence with clients to convert submitted offers into orders.  Enquiring Raw Material rates to different suppliers. (Machining , Painting ,Heat treatment ,Buffing , Sandblasting costs etc. from respective supplier)  Deciding labor payments.  Collecting payment from customer/follow up for same Act as Management Representative (MR) in ISO 9001 certification, prepared different types of files, documents etc. Preparing dimension reports of jobs.& Preparing monthly bank statements (Creditors,Debtors, Stock)
