Our company, Arabtec PJSC, was the largest construction company in the UAE. We were part of the team that built the tallest skyscraper in the world: The Burj Khalifa!I have led a team of 18 professionals in repairs, maintenance and upkeep of fully computerized, Readymix Concrete Batching Plants and PLC/ SCADA controlled auxiliary machinery like Flake Ice Plants, Chillers, switchgear and control systems, HVAC, Power & Plant Control panels, HMI, VFDs, Soft Starters and Effluent Treatment Plants.With my efficient 18-member multinational maintenance team, I have successfully provided CMMS based services to 5 Concrete Batching sites simultaneously, and gained excellent experience in American, Italian and German Concrete Batching Plants and Ice Equipment. With my simple yet innovative money-saving ideas, I have helped increase productivity and also developed a safer working environment for my team.At our Jebel Ali (HQ) plus 4 other satellite locations in the UAE, from Abudhabi to Fujairah, we have 12 Batching Plants, with a combined production capacity of 1500 m3/h (CMH).I have also set up and commissioned Concrete Batching Plants in Dammam and Riyadh in Saudi Arabia for our sister concern SAARCO (Saudi Austrian Arabian Readymix Concrete Company) in 2012.Extensive experience on : LIEBHERR, CUOGHI, MEV and KICE / AL KIFAH Batching PlantsSoftware: Command Alkon Spectrum VI EZ-Cal, ONYMA Xpert TL, ONYMA GenyX, LIEBHERR Litronic MPS - IIPLCs: Siemens S7-300, S7-1200, Allen Bradley SLC500, MicroLogix 1000 & 1200, Telemecanique/Schneider Modicon TSX Premium and Delta DVP12SE
