Firstly, convey customers the value proposition of advanced implant technologies for Si doping to improve device performance in DRAM, 3D NAND, Power Devices & CMOS Image Sensors. Secondly, co-develop process integration solutions across business units to improve pattern definition / performance of non device features & CMOS (planar & FinFETs) that enable higher product circuit yield for customers. Mears / Atomera is a fabless company that licenses a superlattice Si channel replacement technology for improving drive current & gate leakage performance.- Managed the customer interaction at device and process level with major semiconductor customers on 130nm, 90nm, 70nm, 50nm bulk CMOS & SOI CMOS nodes. -Device modeling (Synopsys) and statistical data analysis (SAS JMP). Transistor Parametric & Reliability characterization. Use statistical analysis to provide insight to performance enhancement modifications.- Revised business plan for purpose of fund raising: define customer pain, solution, product value proposition, market segment analysis, develop a go to market strategy and revenue model using TAM, SAM.

Report to VP of R&D & manufacturing, project milestones through scorecards, roadblocks, risk mitigation plans, root cause corrective actions for project slips. Manage direct & non-direct reports.-Device / Reliability Engineer on 0.35um logic & 0.15um embedded non volatile SONOS & embedded NOR flash memory technologies developing & characterizing transistor & product performance.-Develop & ramp to high volume manufacturing a product chip, Programmable Systems On a Chip (PSOC). Transfer key learnings into 3 hour technology course that I taught at corporate level over 2 years. -Responsible for (i) transistor memory reliability qualification for commercial, industrial & automotive markets. Co-authored reliability / quality spec for memory qualification (ii) transfer transistor module from R&D to manufacturing. Electrical reliability characterization, use SAS JMP & SQL for data analysis. -Gained skills in working with cross functional groups (Product Line, Design, Manufacturing & R&D) to ramp up production yield of SONOS FLASH memory. - Design of experiments and predictive modeling using SAS JMP. Use statistics to provide insight to performance enhancement modifications.- Use of SQL to extract electrical test and process data and applying statistical analysis & visualizing analysis using SAS JMP.
