Over the past two decades, he has run leadership, mindfulness and emotional resilience workshops and spiritual retreats in more than 18 countries for a wide range of clients including the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and the invitation-only Chief Executives Organization (CEO). Most recently, Rajesh has held leadership conferences and spiritual retreats in Switzerland, the Netherlands, Spain, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom. Since 2010, Rajesh has consulted clients from around the world in residence at the Kamalaya Wellness Retreat in Thailand. Rajesh is currently building online courses for Responsible Leadership Institute including the Leader-Shift Excellence Program; designing and running mental, emotional and spiritual retreats through his venture Mindfulness and Beyond; and working on his upcoming book ‘Break Point: How to shift your negative emotions, reclaim emotional balance and live from a place of expanded awareness’ (working title).Rajesh’s approach is influenced by his background as a banker-turned-monk and three decades of mindfulness and eastern philosophical training including 13 years embracing a monastic life as a spiritual teacher at the Oneness University, India.
