Plant Operations:• Operation and Optimization of Loesche Clinker Mills in PSC & OPC grinding (LM53.3+3 Cement Mills) • Operation and Optimization of F.L.S. Mills in PPC & OPC grinding (Roller press with Ball mill UMS 42x11) • Operation and optimization of VRM (Atox 50 and LM69.6) for raw meal grinding.Process jobs:• Calibration of weigh feeder by drop weight test, circuit sample analysis, grinding media tonnage and effectiveness calculation.• Equipment inspection of ball mill, diaphragm, Roller press, Separator & Process Fans on regular basis. And taking immediate remedy actions to maintain the equipment efficiency with consistence.• Accountable for breakdown analysis and trouble shoot them.• Heat and mass balance of kiln system, calculation and Optimization of coal consumption and specific Heat consumption. • Measurement of air flows, temperature and pressure profile & false air monitoring across the pre-heater and other system.Production Management:• Planning for optimum plant availability as per the targets and as per market requirement.• Responsible for Production planning of cement mills section according to daily dispatch plan and rake availability• Responsible for Enhancing the mill output and reduction in power consumption by optimizing the process from time to time.• Preparation of Production Report in line with power and raw material consumption.• Implementation of standard operating procedures for trouble free operation and assuring product quality.• Maintaining and updating required documents for ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO 14000 standard, QMS and EMS documents. 5S implementation at site.

Project on “Enhancing the Capacity of Hydro cracking unit” done at Chennai petroleum corporation limited (CPCL).Description: • Material balance and enthalpy balance for the Hydro cracking unit was performed for increased capacity.• Existing shell and tube heat exchanger was replaced with plate type heat exchanger for better performance• Heat exchanger and distillation column were redesigned in accordance with increased capacity.
