Reporting to- Construction ManagerJob ProfileMy responsibilities consist, but not limited to the following:-1) Carry out detailed design, calculations & drawings.2) Carry out regular design and project reviews.3) Preparation & Maintenance of Project files and documents.4) Conduct quantity survey and provide details for bill preparation.5) Study approved drawings and direct both foremen and labours to execute the workof conduiting (both PVC and GI), wiring and installation of trunking, cable tray, cableladder and bus duct, erection, testing and commissioning of electrical panels,transformers, DG sets, etc in HV side, and fire alarm, BMS, communication system,door access controlling system, etc in LV side.6) Ensure that the erection and installation are completed in compliance with the clientrequirements viz. quality, specification, standard of material and timely execution ofthe work, and ensure that no material is wasted during the process of activities suchas measuring, cutting materials, methods of work.7) Carry out various electrical works based on the time schedule of client and preparecompletion schedule and submit to Project Manager on a regular basis.8) Educate foremen with the client forecast schedule to prepare them in advance forthe work to be carried out at site on different locations.9) Function as a coordinator between electrical service and other MEP disciplines as wellas with the MEP personnel from main contractor, consultant and client.10) All the while carrying out the above works, ensures safety precautions are taken careof and implemented as defined in the method statement.
