• Sourcing & appointment of Distributor as & when required• Motivating & coaching the Jr. Sales officer’s, Market developer’s & Distribtor salesman and handholing where required.• Handling Distributor issues with regards to claims, supply chain,etc • Taking care of route operations, market scheming & stock management at the distributor warehouse.• Managing stock levels to ensure continuous availability of all SKU’s & regular rotation.• Managing Primary & Secondary sales.• Maximize distribution across the territory.• Effectively communicating the strategies through gate meetings to JSO’s, MD’s & Distributor salesman.• Handling trade issues with respect to services, discounts, expiry/ damages.• Alloting clear responsibilities to team members- assigning targets
