• I overlook the whole process of quality of Incoming Pulses, Whole grain & flour article (Atta, Maida& Rawa/Suji) as per FSSAI Standards. I am having working knowledge of value addition & processing of pulses & Fumigation of Grains.• Maintain reports on the basis of pre-decided frequency. RM & FG Quality Check, IHMI, GMP check list, Vendor Performance report, Cleaning checklist, Calibration etc.• Check legal information on packets during packaging.• Pest Control activities supervision, contract and bill approval and document maintenance• Training of employees regarding GMP and GHP, Food safety & Quality Management System• Ensuring SOP, GMP & GHP compliance and documenting Non-compliances• Reviewing Cost Control.• Resolving Consumer Complaints, implementing CAPAs and documentation.• Making SOP and revision as per pre-decided time frame• EHS zonal representative• Conducting Morning assemblies for workers
