- Technical Consultant for the current domestic projects working closely with clients to support delivery teams to achieve customer service level agreements.- Heading the System Development which comprises of Operations and Delivery for all the domestic projects/assignments. - Induction and Training for the current hired project managers, leads, Quality Assurance resources (Especially into ITS domain as well as specifically for the above mentioned projects)- Manage procurement by evaluating optimum options for the current hardware manufacturing, electronic manufacturing services.- Set the process of time management and reporting for all domestic projects (Executive Summary and Project Status Dashboards)- Play active role to ensure that the contract commitments are met in line with the agreed timelines/schedules/cost/budget towards the next batch of VTS (Production and Delivery)- Support the project managers in hiring for the remaining resources ( developers/testers ) to fill up the balance positions to cater the domestic requirements - Build up the hardware R&D lab – to ensure that the newly envisaged hardware can be manufactured in Pune (Including electronic and mechanical casings, cabling, etc)- Post Sales – Technology consultant for the new business development activities (Majorly domestic projects and assignments)- Integrate with Trivandrum Business Unit operations and see how the domestic software development and hardware related R&D tasks can be channelized based on fixed cost based work-agreements.
