• Handle Capex Budgeting, Monitor Profit before Invoice Tax and placing various purchase orders with suppliers as per the agreed terms and according to the approved projects schedules plans.• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely arrival of materials to site and warehouse.• Handle VAT, Excise & Service Tax, through paperwork and make sure all necessary and corrected paperwork accompanies purchased parts. • Collect ‘C’ Form, TDS Certificate, Form 409 & forward to Area office.• Check and prepare the Supplier and Sub-contractor payment Advice, Prepare the Monthly Budget, Collection Report, Sales Area Report, Handling FMC Sites, and Tenders.• Responsible to Check and schedule the requisitions as necessary for any inbound part, Get quotes on goods, services, and parts to determine if company is receiving the best possible price, Solicit bids, analyze those quotes, and recommend to Management who is the best overall vendor while Developing and implementing policies, procedures and strategies for procurement activities. Monitor and supervise the purchasing activities and procedures to ensure and provide the selected supplies with required specifications. Ensure that work activities are carried out according to the pre-set performance goals, and suggesting any necessary actions to the Administrative Manager. Co-ordinate and arrange manpower requirements as per project schedule, Liaise with project managers as well as project engineers in a timely manner and Support the Administrative Manager in all administrative duties.
