Currently, I’m working at Cherry Hill as a Senior Project Manager. I lead our all projects and manage the following:• Vendor arrangements and negotiations• Sample arrangements and approvals (as per BOQ budget to avoid further delays)• Preparation of project schedules and materials trackers as per handover dates• Approval and ordering of long lead items• Twice-a-day site visits and site rounds, including meetings with vendor partners• Highlighting design issues with the architect team and providing solutions• Close follow-ups with the purchase team for long lead items• Close collaboration with the billing team for monthly running bills• Following up with clients for payment after invoice submission• Sharing weekly project updates with clients and highlighting dependencies if pending from clients, architects, PMC, or builders• Closely monitoring the site team to avoid rework and ensure quality work, completing the project as per client timelines• Twice-a-day meetings with the PMC on-site to jointly conduct rounds, discuss with the team, and line up everything for smooth progress
