KRA’s and Key Activities1. Sales Operations: - Engage in daily sales-related activities, including client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups. - Monitor sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.2. Market Surveys and Analysis: - Conduct region-wide surveys to identify potential customers and market opportunities. - Analyze market data to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, informing strategic planning and decision-making.3. Competitor Analysis: - Research and gather information on competitors, evaluating their strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning. - Monitor competitor pricing strategies and market activities to inform pricing and promotional tactics.4. Data Analysis and Reporting: - Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to evaluate sales, competition, and inventory data. - Prepare and present reports highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations to senior management.5. Promotional Activities: - Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and execute BTL promotions, events, and campaigns. - Represent the organization in industry forums, conferences, and seminars to build relationships and enhance brand visibility.6. Collaboration with HOD: - Work closely with the HOD to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies. - Support the HOD in various organizational and strategic tasks, ensuring alignment with departmental and organizational goals.

KRA’s and Key Activities- Management of Distributor’s sales representatives (DSRs) to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. - Achieve sales targets through direct reach-out and through a team of 7 DSRsAchieve the network expansion targets by reaching out to prospective dealers and bringing them on board JSW’s distribution network- Agency & Vendor Management to ensure smooth execution of activities as per plan and brand guidelines at a regional level- To carry out daily beat planning for DSRs, ensure compliance of this plan, assign and monitor- Execution of channel and marketing activities (ATL/BTL)Execute Influencer & Retailer Engagement (Fabricators, Architects) through distributors. Ensure execution- MIS for Channel Activities & Distributor Policy AdherencePrepare and report MIS for all channel and marketing activities.
