• Introduced Process Grid approach by dividing projects into units of work (step by step documentation of each unit of work with clear listing of the owner of the task, what needs to be done and the expected results. This was done in order to standardize the way different Mailing Projects are executed independent of the person executing it. • A huge success measured by the reduction in on boarding time of new employees and also in cross training the teams. As a Mainframe Programmer in the Credit Cards - Accounts Receivable division, worked on American Airlines Frequent Flyer project and also in the MIS system to help improve processing time between various systems using Unitech tool.
