Primary & Secondary Transportation: Design and implement optimum fleet strength based on locational customer profile to achieve optimum load efficiency and service frequency, Track and improve transit times, in transit damages and loading efficiencies through constant engagement on driving behavior, loading pattern and vehicle design. Negotiation, review, and appointment/renewal of warehousing and transportation contracts in line with the annual cost targets. Coordinate with Custom House Agents, C&F Agents and other external agencies for ensuring timely clearances and cost effective transport solutions.
