Key Responsibilities:# CSR Projects formulation and ascertaining internal approvals including board approvals for Marhowra (Bihar), Roza (UP), Gandhidham (Gujarat) and Bengaluru locations. # New CSR Projects Launching/execution every year and continuous support / monitoring to ongoing projects. This includes providing administrative, technical and programme support to partner NGOs and executing vendors.# NGO / Vendor management with fulfilling compliance and financial requirements. This includes budget vs expense management, auditing and reporting.# Looking after internal communication of the organization which includes email communication, site level branding, quarterly townhalls, business events and showcasing.# Site ombudsman, compliance champion, Internal investigator and PoSH Trainer.# Managing Occupational Healthcare Centre (OHC) and Medical Emergency Response Plan (MERP) for Marhowra site.Significant Achievements:# Received GE Impact Award 2018 for achieving 80% land compensation disbursement to community. # Received recognition from Wabtec Global CEO as well as CHRO for contribution during Covid Crisis in 2021 by handling Covid Cases, organizing vaccination camps and ensuring business continuity. # Concluded CSR project in Vocational Skilling for women which has received Machinist Shop floor CSR Award 2019. # Established and managed OHC and Creche within Factory premise by managing things end to end.# Recognized in several site level quarterly reward & recognition for exemplary contribution.

Being a trainee at EMIL, I am going through different trainings' and skill development activites in different phases. First 45 days I spent to know about EMIL and its workings through different departments. Later a 45 days project given in a cross-functional department followed by a project in home department.The learning is on with different in-room training too viz.- Communication at Workplace; Innovation and Creativity at Workplace and Microsoft Office.Learning is not being bounded with any limitations and I, with a group of 31 moved to Bhuvaneswari Coal Mines Limited, Talcher and HINDALCO, Renukut for exposure to the organizations. apart from this a four days outdoor leadership development training is being conducted by Tata steel Adventure Foundation.On job trainee was the best part I went through. It gave me in depth understanding of CSR and Social implications involved with it.

Evaluated Cattle Vaccination Programme run of Seva Mandir. It was very enriching experience to work with Seva Mandir and in a tough climatic situation of Udaipur Rajasthan. Research Proposal, Interview Schedule Design, Sample Survey and Data Analysis have been done.
