Key Responsibilities: • Coordinating with clients & Operation team for efficient service. • Handling Tml Project and supervising team members (pick up team, booking team, delivery team). • Sharing of freight cost and TAT for shipments. • Cost effective completion of consignments. • Sharing of Daily MIS. • Sharing of SLA reports and take corrective measures accordingly for gray areas. • Tracking of Consignments for time bound delivery. • Delay Report preparation. • Provide 24 x 7 Single window solutions to customer. • Keep update to customer in case of any discrepancy (Shortage / Damage / route mapping / Delay in delivery to respective customer in order to take preventative measures. • Monitoring and assist team for less transit demurrage and misrouted consignments. • Cross verifying of Consignments weight/CFT date consignment physical condition and ensuring data entries in oracle. • Handle customer complaints and customer query. • Ensuring POD collection, verify notes/remarks from customer post completion of the Delivery process and ensuring timely billing of Customers. • Keep in touch of booking, operation, billing & marketing team to ensure the best output. • Ensuring company compliance with all transportation policies, legislation and procedure. • Attending meeting with team members to upgrade the strategy and scope of improvement.
